We do not bake vegan, sugar free, dairy free or gluten free cakes

Shipping & Incorrect Addresses

You may correct a shipping address before your cake ships at no additional charge.

Incorrect Address Changes that occur after the cake has shipped will incur an additional $29.00 charge.
This FedEx fee is levied upon us for packages already in transit. An address change may also add an additional 1-2 days transit.

Under normal conditions your cake arrives on schedule ~ within 2-4 days from the requested ship date. We make every effort to have your order delivered on time. This is why we ship via FedEx, the most reliable shipper. On occasion – weather, address corrections, unprecedented high shipping volumes, holidays & other logistical factors may cause shipping delays. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee shipping arrival dates. If your cake must arrive by a specific date, please select a ship date a few days in advance.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic & labor shortages:
FedEx Express, FedEx Ground & FedEx Home Delivery has suspended the delivery guarantee for ALL packages.
For this reason, we are unable to issue a refund for a late delivery, due to FedEx logistical delays.
